Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, 
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same 
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from Nonthaburi, Thailand via Thailand Post. 
Please note that any country or region-specific taxes and fees are not included 
in the shipping cost and must be covered by the customer.

Shipping time
Thailand 2-3 days, International 15-20 days. Depends on the destination in each country.

 

Returns
If your item arrives damaged or does not meet expected quality standards, we’re happy
to offer an exchange or a full refund. Simply email an image of the item to

Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. 
If you accidentally order the wrong size, contact us, and we’ll assist with an exchange.
